When entirely familiar....
It took three months for us to make the perfect live sourdough starter--one that gives our dough its mild slightly tart flavor. We mix the dough until it's shiny and velvety, stretch it by hand, and then bake it in our 700 degree wood-fired oven. The resulting is a rustic, super chewy crust that everyone loves.
Our family started 15 years ago on a quiet street in Sugarcreek named Bahler St. It was our time on Bahler St. that made us who we are...where we found our passion for family, community, and of course...pizza. Come and see us every Wednesday at the Tuscarawas Valley Farmer's Market in Dover at the fairgrounds from 3-7pm June through October for wood-fired pizzas and unique salads. Private bookings available April 1st -October 31st. Closed for winter months. *Private Catering Now Available!
